The service was excellent first off....however the food I ordered was sub par. Refried beans were scorched but our server Carley made it right by replacing them with a side of rice which was delicious. She was awesome. I'll chalk the beans up to a new place getting the little things right, but I'll definitely come back.

I don’t understand how you can order something one day and it be one price. Then order the same thing another day at the same time and it be twice as much!!!! That’s just crazy!!! An works are rude when you ask about it like you are stupid....

They ought to close down. Food is terrible, service is bad. Dried food on tables, ask waiter to clean...never did. food on chairs...have to clean them before you could sit down. Waiter never checked on us. Terrible Terrible terrible. Then charged me full price. Owner out of town,. Manager at the other store, so had to pay full price for something I did not eat...actually couldn't eat because fita meat so tough. Huntsville site.

I am soooo happy y'all reopened! Los Panchitos has my favorite mexican food of all time. Their chile relleno is to die for and the most delicious thing I ever ate in my life. It is my favorite Mexican treat!!! My only request is that y'all be careful with the strong smelling cleaners you use. Not very appetizing to smell fabuloso while eating.

The food is very good and very cheap. It's not a luxurious place in any way, but it is still really good. The waiters aren't super friendly, but they aren't rude or anything. They do everything you ask them to, while also just kind of keeping to themselves. They don't talk a whole lot. I LOVEEEE their green sauce. All in all, the food is delicious for a great price.

My husband really enjoyed his meal. Mine was mediocre at best. This could more be due to being used to traditional food from Western Mexico, Baja Region.

I am not usually that critical because I know there are many styles of cooking Mexican food but the salsa tasted like marinara sauce. The margaritas tasted like the were made with ethanol. But the worst part was the service. The restaurant was not crowded at all and it took about 20 minutes to get the check. We went up front and paid and the cashier barely acknowledged us standing there and no-one even gave a courteous parting remark. From the signage this restaurant says Now Open so we gave it a shot. Next time me and my family with just go across the street.I am only giving it 2 stars is because our kids enjoyed the burgers. 🍔

The food was excellent, quick and friendly service. However, after getting our initial drinks we were never asked if we needed refills. The interior is dark and dated but the restroom was clean. When you come in on the service road pay attention, don't miss the driveway or it's a long trip back around.

Kid waiter with glasses don't know how to serve people and tho the food gets fast it seems cold..

Had beef fajita plate. Good flavor but a little chewy for my liking. Nice try! Work on that tenderizing marinade. So close. Good chips and salsa. Service was excellent.

I have lived this restaurant for many years and have introduced it to as many family members as I can...good service...great food!

The environment was nice. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was good! I had the #2 on the lunch menu and was very pleased. Lots of food....great price! Will definitely be back!
